Provision for the monitoring and automation project of the production process includes the following scopes:
Design, specification, provision and detailed documentation on Field Networks such as:
Basic and detail instrumentation engineering, technical specifications according to usage conditions, assembly documentation, loop diagrams, and equipment provision and assembly.
Planning, design and specification of electrical panels for automation. Development of basic and detail engineering in LV panels for CCM command-type engines with fixed or removable cabinets and panels for peripheral control and field networks.
Development, connectivity and implementation of Industrial Management Systems such as MIS (Manufacturing Information Systems), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), MOMS (Manufacturing Operations Management Systems) o EMI (Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence).
After FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and CAT (Configuration Acceptance Test) tests, which tend to minimize field problems, full implementation scope is evaluated and tested on final installation. Such evaluation includes plant signals tests, tests with final or substitute product and necessary adjustments for production start.
During this stage of the process all installation elements are adjusted to achieve the highest specified performance.
We offer appropriate training to the staff in charge of operating the installations. We train Operation, Supervision and Maintenance staff. Training is carried out in rooms equipped for such purpose inside the operating plant.
All installation operation is technically supported and assisted in plant and personally monitored. This ensures correct functioning of the installations and an immediate response to any failure. The technical support may be provided in plant or at distance.
